For Devs, that means: we love those who consider coding their craft, can translate that to top notch agentic engineering standards, and with some patience and understanding for vibe-coded MVPs - some might think of “Frankenstein”…

You’d be closely working with me. I’m Berlin-based. I do believe in a remote-first policy, and the importance of in-person meetups alike. It is early days, and that is the offer: freedom in how you work, responsibility from week one.

A base plus performance pay. The same logic we offer to clients: our pay and yours sit on the same outcomes. Profit share is on the table for the right person. Full time as the norm, fewer days when your seniority carries it.

Remote-first, with Berlin as home. We meet in person when the work is better for it. The working language is English, and German helps with most of our clients.
